Delete Your Data
You can play Sudoku Mates as Nobody without registration. Optional saved accounts are available when sign-in providers are configured and enabled. You can delete your current Nobody profile or saved account in the app, or ask VIRCIT OU for help by email.
Delete your Nobody profile in the app
- Open Sudoku Mates on the device that has your current Nobody credential and connect to the internet.
- Go to Settings and open Profile, or select Export or delete my data.
- If you want a copy first, select Export server data.
- Select Delete Nobody profile and confirm the deletion prompt.
- Wait for the server's confirmation. A successful deletion returns you to the start screen. If the connection fails or an error appears, reconnect and try again; do not assume the profile was deleted.
Deletion also removes this Nobody profile's credit balance, banner-ad entitlement and notification routes. It does not request a store refund. Pending encrypted store tokens are erased; receipt digests lose their player association, while unlinked digests and refund state remain to prevent duplicate grants.
This permanently deletes the current Nobody server profile. Playing again creates a separate Nobody profile.
Delete a saved account
For an account you have saved through an available sign-in provider, choose Delete account in Profile and confirm a recent sign-in through an enabled Google, Apple or email-link method. If Apple is linked, confirm Apple again so the app can revoke its fresh authorization before server deletion. Cancellation or revocation failure keeps the server account. Finish any active race, purchase or reward first. The server revokes all account sessions and removes your private game data, linked wallets and credit history, account-owner links and notification routes together. The app returns to a separate Nobody profile.
Firebase Auth user deletion is queued durably and retried if the provider is unavailable. Local deletion confirmation does not mean provider deletion has completed. Firebase and other providers apply their own backup/security retention; removing a push route does not guarantee removal of every provider installation or diagnostic record. See Firebase's privacy information. Deletion does not request a store refund, remove other players' own results or erase local practice, settings and native Daily progress. Unlinked receipt digests and refund state remain as replay-prevention records, without the deleted player's association or raw purchase tokens.
What the server action removes
- Your current Nobody server profile and credential, or your saved account profile and all account sessions.
- Your own server archive, statistics and server-verified achievement data.
- Your friendships, pending requests, invitations and block relationships connected to that profile.
- Your active room memberships and pending cell-sharing requests. You leave active races.
Other players retain their own match records. Where your identifiers remain in their archived standings or winner record, they are replaced with “Deleted player”. Published results are not reversed by deleting a profile.
This action removes the profile's browser Daily attempts. It does not delete your local Solo/Practice or native Daily progress, pencil notes, pending-move recovery state, local achievements or app settings, and it does not delete emails you have separately sent to support.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email support@kono.dev with the subject “Sudoku Mates data deletion request”.
- Include your display name and approximate last-played date.
- Include relevant room codes or other non-secret details you remember, if available.
- Explain whether you want your Nobody profile or saved account, your support correspondence, or both deleted.
Do not send session tokens, passwords, sign-in links, installation secrets, store credentials or payment information. We may ask for limited additional non-secret details to identify the right record. A display name alone may not uniquely identify a Nobody profile, so we cannot promise to match a lost credential to a server record. A saved account can be recovered through a linked sign-in method when the provider is available.
Clear data stored on your device
Only do this after any export or server deletion you want to complete: removing the local credential can make it impossible to reconnect to the same unsaved Nobody profile. Clearing device storage or signing out does not delete a saved account.
- Browser: clear the site data for sudoku.blinkden.com in your browser's settings. This removes that website's locally stored session and game data. If you used other Sudoku Mates game websites, clear their site data separately: clearing one website does not clear another website's local credentials or progress.
- Android: clear Sudoku Mates app storage/data in Android settings to remove its local data.
- iOS: deleting the app can remove local app progress and settings, but Keychain-backed secure storage may survive reinstall with the same bundle identifier. Use the in-app server deletion first; do not rely on uninstall to remove a Nobody profile or saved account.
Browser and device backups or operating-system storage behavior may differ. If you are unsure which data remains, contact support before clearing the only device holding your session.
If you take no action
Waiting rooms expire after up to 2 hours without an update. Active and finished rooms expire after up to 24 hours without an update. A disconnected Nobody profile with no room memberships is removed after 30 days of inactivity unless it has a purchase record, nonzero credit balance, pending reward confirmation or active manual VIP grant. Each profile keeps at most 50 archived matches.
Saved account profiles remain until deletion. Their device sessions expire 30 days after issue unless renewed; session expiry does not delete the account. Social event records and pending direct-FCM send jobs expire at their event deadline. Logout, token/owner changes and deletion remove obsolete notification routes/jobs. Native Daily schedules remain on the device and must be cleared separately.
These rules concern game-server records. They are not a guarantee that uninstalling immediately deletes server data, local secure storage, provider network metadata or your separately sent support correspondence.
